In the double apartments (Olmo and Oleandro) for 2 people, unless otherwise requested, only one bedroom will be available to customers.
For the additional single bed or the child’s bed (suitable for 1-4 years) an additional cost can be requested (10 euros per night).
STANDARD Price: Payment will be made at the property upon departure. In case of cancellation will be retained 50% of the cost of the stay if this is communicated less than a week before arrival, 100% in case of no-show, no cancellation fee if the cancellation is communicated at least one week before the expected arrival.
*PREPAYMENT: It provides for the payment of the amount of the stay at the time of booking at least one week before arrival, with a discount of 15% compared to the standard rate. There is no refund in case of cancellation.
Prices include: sheets, towels and final cleaning (for long periods a change/clean-up per week is made).
Prices exclude: energy consumptions (electricity/gas), metered at each apartment (market prices: LPG 3.00 euro/m3 and 0.3 euro/kwh), the city tax (0.80 cents per person per night, up to a maximum of five consecutive nights); the wood for the fire can be provided at 3 euro/box (at least 10 kg). For dogs there will be a charge of 5 euro per day (up to 20euro/week).
The apartments are equipped for cooking and eating.
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR US TO KNOW THE APPROXIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL because we have no reception, therefore check-in time is necessary for appointment in order to avoid us/you unpleasant and unnecessary waiting.
Check-in: from 3pm to 21pm (only for appointment);
Check-out: from 8am till 11am.
For arrivals and departures out of opening hours:
– LATE CHECK-OUT (after 11:00): you can postpone your check-out until 6 pm for a supplement of 30 euro (if possible, that means if the day of check-out there will be no scheduled arrivals to the apartment in question);
– LATE CHECK-IN (after 20:00): with the arrival postponed to the limits of the check-in in case of non-request / communication, or with respect to any agreements made, a surcharge of 6 euros will be applied for each hour of delay, as this implies an unplanned wait by us.
The WI-FI network is free.
– Availabilities free of charge (on request to staff): sunbeds and umbrellas for the swimming pool (please always store after use, in the evening), Fan, drying, microwave, electric oven, electric grid, barbecue, kettle (water-heater), Toaster, Blender, Juicer, moka or percolator, electric heater, CD/DVD Player, Iron, frying pan for chestnuts and grills.
– Dogs are welcome (as cats) but must always be kept under control, does not disturb the other guests and can never be left alone in the apartment; may not bathe in the pool and are in any case under the direct responsibility of the companion also as regards any damage caused by the animal to people or things.
For the 4 legs are available: Bowl for litter, kennel cats, bowls and cushion/mattress, blankets, contact with veterinarian.
LIABILITY: the direction is not responding to objects or values left unattended.
